1. Active tool setting method: Active tool setting is completed by using the tool detection function of the CNC machining center. The tool setting method of the tool setting instrument: the tool setting instrument is used for tool setting, because it is more economical, it is the primary method for tool setting of the CNC machining center. There are two types of tool setting: in-machine tool setting and external tool setting. The tool setting by the off-machine tool setter needs to be calibrated on the outside of the machine tool in advance, and then the tool can be used after being installed on the machine tool; the tool setting by the on-machine tool setter is a method of directly installing the tool on a fixed position of the machine tool for measurement. .
